We can’t recommend Gemma enough and her knowledge and support is worth every penny. She is super lovely, very understanding and doesn’t judge at all just listens and then helps you every step of the way with the training you need for your dog. We have a puppy with resource guarding and other behavioural issues and since Gemma 1st came with the support, training help and guidance at every step we know we can get our puppy back to a good place. After 2 months of work we are starting to turn the corner and a huge part of that is thanks to Gemma and her knowledge and support throughout 😀 our pup Rocky is a far too clever for his own good Cockapoo lol and Gemma is really helping me understand how he is feeling and thinking more in order to train him better to get the out come we need

I can only reiterate everything that Rachel has said in the previous review. When we first met Gemma our Cavapoo puppy, Milo, was extremely anxious and suspicious of just about everything. He would shy away from being walked at all and was quite content to stay in his safe place at home. Over the last few weeks, however, Milo has become much more confident and is now clearly enjoying being out and about and exploring the world. This is all thanks to Gemma’s help, advice, encouragement and support. And not just to Milo but to me and my wife too. Thank you so much Gemma

Gemma is amazing as a dog trainer. We have a reactive 18 month old German shepherd. She’s everyone’s best friend off lead but on lead is a different matter.
Gemma has helped us through socialisation on lead walks with other dogs and Calmer Class where we can get used to being around other dogs on lead in a safe environment.
Our dog has come so far it’s amazing and Gemma has helped my confidence in dealing with her reactivity too.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

“I contacted Gemma re my Rocco, we are new to the area and I had to find a new dog groomer for my Shih Tzu. Rocco was getting bad being groomed, and he was getting nasty. He bit the new groomer and her assistant. I contacted Gemma, she was very helpful. She wanted him to see a vet first and foremost as she thought he might be in pain. She also gave me skills to groom him myself. Sadly Rocco was diagnosed with floating kneecaps and his front legs were hurting as well. He is now on a monthly pain killer injection and is now ok being groomed.
